  • We respond to all new claims from our insureds within five working days.
  • We respond to correspondence and routine information requests from our insureds within five working days.
  • We will keep our customers informed of the claim as it progresses by phone, e-mail and when required, personal visits

ACE will minimise the effects of a loss on your business by ensuring the right person handles your claim.

Our claims division specialises is Liability, Fire and Property, Marine, Accident & Health and Financial Lines.

Each section has a dedicated claims manager and all staff are specialists in handling claims in their line of business.

We also utilise an extensive external panel of specialists to assist with the efficient management of claims.

Our goals are to deliver prompt, fair, efficient courteous and helpful service to our customers. We pay claims on a timely basis consistent with the General Insurance Code of Practice.
