Professional Indemnity policies typically respond to loss arising from third party claims for breach of a professional duty which are first made during the Policy period.

All insured are required to lodge/notify the Claims Department in accordance with the General Conditions applicable to the Policy as set out in the Policy wording and subsequent endorsement(s) if any.
